Customer Service Team Member
  • Full-time position available immediately for a shared Customer Service Team Member for Hamilton Energy and Hamilton Agronomy at our Hamilton location.
  • Main responsibility is to provide our customers with superior customer service.  This individual will answer calls, set up new customer accounts, schedule deliveries, invoice product and services, place collection calls and enter data into the respective business’ software.
  • The ideal candidate will:

  • Applicant must demonstrate high energy, a passion for customer service, a genuine desire to work with consumers and strong telecommunication skills. Must have experience as a successful customer service representative and a proven track record in handling inbound phone traffic. Must also have at least a two-year degree.
